Poeten, författaren och konstnären Rolf Zandén är bosatt i Karlstad. Utöver att ha givit ut sju egna diktsamlingar, har han även medverkat i ett antal antologier. Som konstnär hade han sin första utställning 1972 - sedan dess har det blivit ett hundratal genom åren. Zandén verkar även såsom recensent av såväl bildkonst som poesi.
